HIGH RESOLUTION COLOUR AIR PHOTOGRAPHY OF YASS REGIONAL AREA NOW AVAILABLE
Earthinsite is pleased to announce that high resolution colour aerial photography of the Yass local government area is now available online at its City2See web site www.city2see.com The resolution of the photography is 15cm in the urban areas of Yass, Binalong, Bowning, Gundaroo, Murrumbateman and Sutton and 75cm in the surrounding rural areas.
These urban and rural images have traditionally been used by professionals in government and big business. Now anyone can buy a low cost bird’s-eye view of their own farm, house, neighbourhood or favourite part of Yass. All they need is an Internet connection and a credit card.
Yass Valley Council General Manager, Kerry McMurray, said "This photography has been used by Council to plan developments and manage infrastructure and we are now pleased to see it being made available to Yass residents and others for their own use.
